- Validity of Memberships, Promos and J-Wallet balance is set to 30 March 2019 currently. It may automatically be extended based on your usage. But at the sole discretion of hotel authorities.
- The Membership is not refundable or transferable.
- Changes in mobile number needs an application to the hotel directly.
- All transactions are processed via OTP. Do not share your OTP with anyone except hotel executives for transaction processing.
- The terms and conditions may change from time to time.
- Hotel holds no responsibility for any loss caused due to no fault of hotel executives.
- Hotel reserves right to cancel memberships of certain guests who do not adhere to policies.
- Hotel reserves right to make any amendments with or without prior notice. Final decision of Hotel authorities will be applicable.
- All disputes subject to Jamshedpur jurisdiction.
- Buffet Valid only in Global Fusion. Not valid for Banquets, Conferences, Meetings.
- Valid on all days including Festivals and Special Occasions.
- Not transferable to others.
- This balance can be used to pay any of our bills
- No transaction fee or hidden charges.
- This amount can also be transferred or gifted to anyone, including non-members. Minimum amount Rs 500 for transfers.
- Payments made using J-Wallets are entitled for Cashbacks.
- This can take upto 2 working days to process.
- These rates include Taxes, Breakfast, WiFi & Minibar.
- Local ID not permitted. Unrelated Couples not permitted. Standard Hotel Policies applicable.
- Valid for maximum of 2 Rooms per day, booked via a request sent through members portal.
- Valid only in Global Fusion, Desipub and Pastry Box.
- Alacarte only. Not valid on Buffet Meals.
- Multiple promotions cannot be applied on a single bill.
- Buy 2 Pegs and Get 1 Peg Free.
- Not valid on Beer / Breezers / Wine.
